About Me

Hi, I'm Jody Jankovsky.

Innovative Solutiont to Boost your Creative Project.
With over 45 years in the IT world, I’ve built Blackline into a leadership-driven firm that brings clarity to the digital chaos most businesses face. I’m a triathlete, pilot, and framework-obsessed entrepreneur who believes technology should empower people—not overwhelm them. My work is driven by the belief that meaningful work—like meaningful life—comes from doing the hard things that grow us.

Speaking with Purpose

Keynotes and talks that challenge, inspire, and reframe how leaders think about technology, mindset, and doing hard things.

Speaking with Purpose

I don’t just talk. I challenge assumptions, reveal patterns, and offer frameworks that stick. Whether I’m speaking on leadership, mindset, or technology, I aim to wake people up to what's possible. My talks are crafted to spark movement—internally and in the systems leaders steward. This is not theory. It’s earned wisdom, delivered with energy and clarity.

Technology Coaching

For business leaders ready to take control of their tech outcomes—with less confusion, more clarity, and strategic leverage.

Technology Coaching

Most leaders aren’t failing at tech because they’re unintelligent—they’re failing because the system is rigged against them. My coaching helps executives apply the Technology Intelligence (TQ) framework to reclaim agency, make confident decisions, and avoid expensive missteps. We build a leadership model that aligns technology with business purpose—so you stop reacting and start architecting.

TQ Insights & Resources

TQ isn’t just a concept—it’s a system for thinking clearly in a digital world that thrives on confusion. Dive into the core ideas behind the framework, explore deep-dive articles, videos, and tools that help leaders close the gap between vision and execution. The Spark That Started It All

Most kids didn’t have $15,000 computers in their dad’s garage in 1979. Mine did—built from scratch, catalog parts, and pure faith. My dad took out a loan for that machine. Then he handed me a manual and said, “Figure it out.” I did. At 12, I wrote my first program to track dues for my Civil Air Patrol squad. When it worked, something clicked: I had instructed a machine to serve a purpose. That moment lit a fire that’s still burning.

Years later, I built Blackline to carry that same fire forward—not just to “make tech make sense,” but to equip leaders with the clarity to command it. That became Technology Intelligence (TQ): a framework forged from decades of translation work between chaos and outcomes. We’re not just solving IT problems—we’re restoring agency to the people who lead. Because in my world, complexity doesn’t get the last word—intelligent leadership does.

Grit & Growth Mindset

Hard things aren’t punishment—they’re the path. Whether it’s technology or your body, discomfort is how systems evolve and strength is revealed.

TQ & Strategic Leadership

If you’re not defining the system, someone else is—and their priorities probably don’t match yours.

Spirit + Systems Integration

Build something that matters—and make it last. Soul fuels vision. Systems carry it forward. Miss either one, andyou just wander.
